By accessing or using Stamp'd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Stamp'd is a travel planning and tracking application that allows users to plan group trips, track countries visited, earn travel stamps, and collaborate with other travelers. The Service includes an AI travel concierge (Atlas), itinerary planning tools, expense tracking, and affiliate booking links.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of content you create (trips, photos, stamps, reviews). By posting content to public features (Explore page, social feed), you grant Stamp'd a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service.
You agree not to:
Stamp'd contains links to third-party booking platforms (Expedia, Viator, Booking.com, and others). These links may be affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Atlas, our AI travel concierge, provides suggestions and recommendations. These are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify important travel details (visa requirements, safety advisories, pricing) through official sources. Your personal data (email, name, payment information) is never shared with Anthropic — only trip planning details are sent to generate recommendations. You can disable AI features anytime in Settings.
Stamp'd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel plans made based on information provided by the app.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
